My client are looking to hire an D&I manager to the business who can:
- Responsible for leading on continuous improvement actions and innovation in the key focus areas of the strategy
- Project manage all diversity & inclusion initiatives for all our offices
- Work closely with the Graduate Recruitment team and Recruitment Manager to ensure we recruit from the widest possible talent pool
- Support the Bids team in responding to client diversity requests
The individual must have experience of leading internal and external communication campaigns, including external media and PR channels. Be passionate about CR and diversity & inclusion and be a visible advocate for the area.
Salary is paying up to £55k (depending on experience)
