We are working with a well-known household property name, who are looking to hire an HR Assistant to join their office in West London.
In this role, you will work in a close-knit HR team that consists of 6 people. As a team, they support growth and development and want everyone to feel they are upskilling throughout their time at the business. You will complete general ad hoc tasks, such as processing absentees, holiday requests, assisting with payroll preparation, plus many more. You will update and maintain employee records and respond to all employee queries in a professional manner.
You will need to have strong stakeholder management, good communication skills, and be down to earth with your approach. You will be organised with an eye for detail.
