My client are looking to hire an L&D manager to the business who can:
- Develop an extensive understanding of the firm training and development needs and create a fit for purpose L&D strategy and project plan.
- Create training programmes that align with the firm objectives and training requirements
- Be accountable for the execution, measurement and success of training and development programmes
The individual must possess solid L&D experience, excellent interpersonal and project management skills while being flexible with a can-do approach. The successful candidate will be collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure activities are on message and deliver on objectives.
Salary is paying up to £60k (depending on experience)
