This young, growing, international scale-up is looking for an experienced Operations Lead to manage an entire platform and processes for their Solar Energy sector here in the UK!

The Operations Lead will approach these changes with user experience in mind and will make recommendations based on creating an environment where participants can easily make an informed decision!
What will you be doing?
You will have overall responsibility for the delivery of the platform, the customer journey, and project processes to meet business needs. You will manage key internal relationships to ensure the delivery of the platform efficiently. You will work closely with the Business Manager and Supply Manager to understand developments in the UK Solar market and develop approaches to changes.
You will be road-mapping, defining growth and priorities. You will manage projects to deliver schedules and call to action for all operational activities. You will develop and implement team processes and methodologies to achieve business goals. Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions, as well as communicating closely with the development team to update/amend product and software depending on demands.
You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as well as being able to demonstrate other relevant work experience in your career so far.
You have a proven history of managing online platforms and processes.
You have a background in small, hyper-growth environments.
You must be open to European travel at least once per month for one working week minimum.
