This is a true generalist role with a focus on learning and development. Developing Extraordinary Leaders – ensuring that they continue to deliver on their commitment to developing extraordinary leaders regardless of grade or role (this includes you too!)
You will relish working closely with managers in a business partnering model and work with relevant parties to drive forward HR projects over the next 12 months – these include:
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Implementing a technology solution
- Broadening development programmes to support accelerated career progression
- Performance management projects
- Mental health and wellbeing
