We are looking for an HR Manager for a project and development manager specialising in bespoke luxury property for global private clients. This HR Manager is dedicated to driving business outcomes by cultivating a highly effective and engaged workforce in partnership with key business leaders. You will work closely with all teams and at all levels to improve talent development, performance, and business processes.
This is a scaling business and will require you to flex up and down, wear many hats and work at both the strategic and operational/tactical level. You will be involved in all the key moments of an employee’s life cycle which results in a wide breadth of responsibilities and opportunities.
You will be a natural relationship builder – Developing deep relationships and building trust with key leadership.
You will serve as a strategic thought partner to management on people-related strategies and engagements. You will be encouraged to think creatively and lead the design, implementation, and iteration of new people initiatives.
You will engage on issues of process and workflows in order to help teams operate more effectively.
You must have come from a scale-up/scale-up – Knowledge of Bamboo is desirable.
Salary – c£80,000 + healthcare, 7% pension, 15% bonus
