Founded in 2016 with only a handful of individuals, this FinTech has scaled to over 300 people in less than 5 years and raised over £80M. Due to their uber growth and continued success they are looking for a Talent Partner to join their Talent function to help them grow to the next level!
You will be recruiting Tech Leads, BAs, PMs, Data Engineers, Delivery Managers, and Solution Architects.
You will business partner closely with key stakeholders, work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Advertise job openings on their ATS (Workable), job boards, and social networks. You will work closely with the Head of Talent and People team to analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs.
You will also have input into building the talent strategy!
To be successful in this role you should have experience working within an internal recruitment function of a start-up/scale-up, sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, with the aim of helping build a stronger employer brand with the candidate experience your focus.
